The EMS Fund is a valuable source of support that subsidises new trademark registrations, offering a reimbursement that can cover up to 75% of the registration fees. The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) offers an annual line of subsidies specifically designed to subsidise patent and utility model registrations.
